The catalogue covers France and Monaco, in complete years or as single items, Andorra, the French overseas territories, the former French colonies and many series from all countries. Alongside these are 0 euro souvenir banknotes and commemorative euro coins.
How we describe an item
A collector arrives with a number noted in an album, not with a product name. Every listing therefore states plainly, right under the title, what identifies the item: the Yvert & Tellier number, the condition, the country, the year and the theme.
Condition is what sets the price: between a mint never hinged stamp and the same stamp hinged, the value can differ threefold. It appears on every listing and on every card in the catalogue, never buried in a tab.
More than eight items in ten exist as a single copy. Once an item is sold it leaves the catalogue: what you see is what is left.
Shipping
Orders leave Carros quickly, in a protective sleeve. Shipping costs €2.00 within France and is free from €20; allow €3.50 for international delivery.
