  1.      Information on products for sale:

o   We give special attention to the quality of the stamps sold on this site and in our store

o   The numbers are those of Yvert et Tellier catalog, unless stated (M) Michel catalog

o   You can request a refund or ,if possible, exchange stamps (only in complete sets or years) that do not suit you in within 10 days of receipt. In this case, thank you contact us in advance by mail or phone.

 

  1.       Orders:

o   Our store offers you the opportunity to place orders:

o   The prices listed on the site are prices including tax in euro taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order.

o   You can adjust your orders by :

  •          Cheque: in this case, your order will be sent upon receipt of your check

 

  1.      Expeditions: 

  •   We are very careful packaging of our shipments. However, in case a shipment would reach you in a deteriorated condition, we ask you to refuse the shipment.
  •   We are not liable for reported shipments delivered by mail and you are not in possession.

  1.      Delivery and deadlines

o   Orders will be delivered in general with postage stamp to the address specified by you when ordering

o   Delivery times are 2 to 10 business days but may vary in case of delivery difficulties and holiday periods.
The time can be varied and longer for international shipments
Working days do not include weekends and holidays.

  

  1.       Applicable law in case of dispute

 

o   The relationship between the parties shall be governed by French law and the exclusive jurisdiction is given to the French courts. In case of dispute, the Nice court has jurisdiction.

  

  1.      Withdrawal

 

You have 14 clear days from the date of delivery to return your order to us in perfect condition, complete and in its original packaging.

Return costs are your responsibility for all orders shipped.
The refund will be made quickly but within a maximum legal period of 30 days.
